Dr. Cinthia Gannett is the new Director of Core Writing at Fairfield University, a Jesuit comprehensive university in Fairfield, CT as of September 2008. From 2002- 2008, she was Associate Professor of Writing and the Director of the Writing Center and Writing Across the Curriculum Program at Loyola University in Maryland. She went to Loyola from the University of New Hampshire where she helped establish and direct the UNH Writing Center and Writing Across the Curriculum Programs with Dr. Robert Connors.
